Program Guide Advertising top

Advertise in the publication that is a year-round reference tool for all conference participants! The Program Guide is a directory of conference features, events, exhibit hall activities and exhibitor listings given to all attendees in their registration materials.

To order an ad for publication in the Program Guide, complete the Program Advertising & Literature Distribution application.

Advertising orders must be received by January 10, 2012.

Exhibit Hall Coupon Book Raffle top

Sponsor this raffle and be included in the coupon book provided to all attendees upon arrival to the conference! Provide a prize (at least $250 in value) to be won by the lucky attendee whose name is drawn at the end of the exhibit. Participation in this sponsorship is only $250, making it a fantastic and inexpensive way to gather leads on a large scale while helping generate increased booth traffic!

Hospitality Suite top

Let the Association's conference team ensure your event is a success by purchasing the "Hospitality Suite" package. This option provides you with conference team support to successfully plan and promote your event.

Our team of experts will help you choose the best location and hospitality offerings while promoting your event on a special program page in the Conference Program. The day of your event attendees will receive a personalized email blast to ensure maximum attendance and a successful networking and marketing event for your business!

The "Hospitality Suite" package costs $5,000 and includes:

  • Complimentary space at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento to host your event
  • Event listing on the Program Guide's Hospitality Events Networking Page
  • Inclusion of event in an attendee email blast promoting all after-hours events

Newly merged with another company? Exhibiting with partners in your booth? No problem--now you can purchase additional listings so that partnering organizations can appear as part of the exhibitor directory and indexes in the conference program! We offer either the limited listing, featuring a booth number, company name, and contract information, as well as a cross-reference tag line directing readers to the primary contract-holding organization--or the full company listing providing this information as well as a full company and product description--up to a 50-word maximum!
