Important Dates/Deadlines for Speakers
| late November | Speakers notified of acceptance/decline |
| December 10 | Deadline to confirm sessions |
| December 10 | Deadline for any edits to session for program and signs |
| January 14 | Early deadline to register (private presenter registration link will be emailed with acceptance) |
| February 25 | Deadline for early discount on extra AV equipment through AV Concepts |
| February | Advance shipments of your presentation materials (if you are planning to ship them to the event) arrive with Champion Exposition Services; please plan to hand-carry materials to the event after deadline |
| March 1 | Deadline to update primary onsite contact person |
| March 7 – 2pm | Shipped materials can be picked up at the Creative Solutions counter at Registration, or hand-carried materials can be dropped off for delivery to your presentation room |
| March 7 – 5pm | Registration opens and Welcome Reception begins, San Diego Convention Center |
