The 2011 California Charter Schools Conference will be held at the San Diego Convention Center, San Diego, California, March 7-10, 2011. The Exhibit Hall will be open March 8-9, 2011. Exhibit Hours are listed below.

California Charter Schools Conference 2011 booth rentals include the following:

  • 10' x 10' booth space
  • 1 draped 6-foot table
  • 2 chairs
  • One 5-amp electrical outlet
  • Wastebasket
  • Pipe railing, 8' high curtain backwall, and 3' high curtain side dividers
  • 7" x 44" identification sign listing company name and booth number
  • General security guard service
  • Daily aisle maintenance
  • 75-word descriptive listing in conference Program Guide
  • 75-word descriptive listing on website with a link to exhibiting company's website
  • 2 complimentary full-conference registrations per booth rented

The price of booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment, or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, electrical supplies, carpet, individual booth cleaning, additional booth furnishings, tables, chairs, or any other special amenity or service ordered by the exhibitor. Such amenities and services may be ordered via the Exhibitor Manual, which will be available on our online Exhibitor Services Website beginning in December, 2010.

Payment & Booth Selection Policy top

Application for booth space must be made on the Application & Sponsor/Exhibitor Contract. Booth selection will be allowed once full payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy top

Cancellation of any portion of the Exhibit Contract by the exhibitor will be accepted only at the discretion of the California Charter Schools Conference 2011 Exhibit Management and, in all cases, is subject to the following refund policies:

Cancellation Date Refund
On or before November 12, 2010 75% refund of cancelled booth space
Between November 12, 2010
and February 25, 2011
25% refund of cancelled booth space
After February 25, 2011 No refund

Notification of cancellation by exhibitor will only be considered official when submitted in writing to Exhibit Management and will be subject to the above policy based on date of receipt.

Installation, Opening, and Dismantling top

Display space will be available for set-up in the San Diego Convention Center on Monday, March 7, Noon-6 pm. The exhibit will officially open at 9:15 am on Tuesday, March 8, and all exhibits shall remain in place until 2:30 pm on March 9. Return of crates and packing cases and dismantling of exhibits will commence at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, March 9.

Official Decorator and Drayage Contractor top

Champion Exposition Services, Inc., (800) 723-1123, is the official decorator and drayage contractor for the exhibit. They will maintain a service desk in the exhibit hall during installation, exhibit hours, and dismantling. Cost information and forms for all services will be included in the Exhibitor Manual. For special requests not covered in the manual, exhibitors may contact Champion at the above telephone number.

Exhibitor Manual top

The California Charter Schools Conference 2011 Exhibitor Manual will be available online in December for your convenience. This manual provides the necessary order forms for furniture rental, electrical supply, A/V requirements, labor and signage, as well as other pertinent materials required for successful exhibit participation.

Online Exhibitor Personnel Registration will be available mid-November.
